Our haughty sauerkraut soup strengthens a spirit, and blushes cheeks. The best among fine food – it was entitled like this during The World Tasting of Beskids Sauerkraut Soup, where it took first place three years in a row. The soup was awarded by such notable persons as: Pascal Brodnicki, Robert Makłowicz, Karol Okrasa, and Agnieszka Perepeczko. We serve our sauerkraut soup with ribs and potatoes baked with becon.
You will not find anywhere pork knuckles like we serve, baked in the wood-fired oven for bread in which a fire is set up on each Tuesday, and pork knuckles straight from the oven are served with a shot of Żołądkowa vodka (vodka for a stomach) on each Thursday from 5 p.m.
